This project entails a personal narrative regarding the devastation of my home, Puerto Rico, after two consecutive hurricanes: Irma and María. Through it I recount what the island and its citizens have gone through, and how it that moment, more than ever, we felt rejected by our fellow citizens in the U.S. mainland.
